About pilates
Pilates is a body-centered training technique that emphasizes the connection between mind and body. This method strengthens and stretches the muscles while also improving your flexibility, coordination, and balance. Thanks to these benefits, Pilates provides valuable support in everyday life.
Pilates is based on six fundamental principles:
- Body Posture
- Correct Movement Technique
- Stability
- Focus & Concentration
- Fluid Movements
- Conscious Breathing
The health of your back is crucial. Important nerves run between the vertebrae of your spine. If you neglect the natural movements of your spine, you increase the risk of weakness throughout your body. Correct back movements are essential for maintaining a healthy spine. By restoring movement to your back, you'll notice an improvement in your posture.
